All orders are despatched within three working days for you....at Christmas time a little longer. The large messenger bag will take about a week to arrive.

Smaller items are sent out 1st class Royal Mail or Standard Air Mail with larger & more expensive items being sent out tracked and signed for.  Shipping price is calculated at the shopping cart for you.

Customer satisfaction is paramount.  In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your order then please email sales@susiefaulks.co.uk with your reason for returning an item.  Please return the unwanted product perfect and unused within seven days in the original packaging and understand that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. A refund for the cost of the product (excluding delivery costs) will be issued within three working days of receipt.  Please obtain proof of posting if returning an item.
